Jul 21 2020, 11:31 pm

Health authorities are warning patrons who visited Earl’s Kitchen and Bar in Port Coquitlam last week of possible COVID-19 exposure.

This notification comes after three employees at the #5100 2850 Shaughnessy Street restaurant tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week.

Fraser Health released a letter notifying people they might have been exposed if they dined at the restaurant during the following times:

  • July 15, 2020 between 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm
  • July 16, 2020 between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • July 17, 2020 between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Health authorities are asking people who were at Earl’s Kitchen and Bar Port Coquitlam on the above dates and times to monitor their health and watch for symptoms, as well as stay away from crowded public spaces and places until July 31, 2020 (14 days after the last exposure on the dates).

On Monday, another Metro Vancouver chain, Browns Socialhouse, released a statement confirming a team member at its Newport Village location in Port Moody had tested positive for COVID-19.
