The Donnelly Group may have just opened the Ballyhoo Public House in July, but something new is already in the works for the brand’s ever-expanding restaurant and pub portfolio in Vancouver and beyond.

The Vancouver-based hospitality group announced today that is will be opening a new concept in downtown Vancouver in the former space of the now-shuttered Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant.

The VP Brand of the Donnelly Group, Harrison Stoker, said in a statement that the Donnelly Group is “energized by its opportunity to take on the Marine Building ground floor space as a new Vancouver food and beverage destination.”

Stoker also said Donnelly’s interior design team is aiming to bring “new life” to the room “while keeping its iconic and historic spirit intact.”

This isn’t the first time the group has worked with a heritage space, Donnelly has transformed other significant Vancouver venues like the Lamplighter, Railway Stage, and Clough Club.

We’ll keep you posted as new details come, stay tuned.
