Delish Gluten Free Bakery to open its doors in Vancouver this weekend

When the door to one gluten-free bakery closes, another opens.

At least in the case of Delish Gluten Free Bakery, which will be opening in the former space of East Village Bakery at 2166 E Hastings Street.

The bakery, which has a store location in Port Coquitlam, revealed plans for a second Vancouver location in January, and the team has shared the opening details with Daily Hive.
