'80s and '90s rock legends coming to Vancouver's Rogers Arena this spring
Another massive Vancouver concert has been announced, this time with rock legends Def Leppard and Goo Goo Dolls teaming up for a springtime shindig.
The nostalgic hitmakers are coming to Rogers Arena with special guests The Struts on Friday, May 14.
Vancouver is one of just four Canadian concert stops on the 45-date tour celebrating the groups’ monumental careers. Tickets go on sale on Friday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m.

“Known for their high-energy performances, rock fans can expect a thrilling ride on this upcoming tour from some of rock ‘n’ roll’s most influential bands,” said Live Nation in a release.
English rockers Def Leppard are best known for their global success in the ’80s following the release of their albums High ‘n’ Dry and Hysteria, and hits like “Love Bites” and “Pour Some Sugar on Me”. The group are also Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Hollywood Walk of Fame inductees.
And with more than 110 million albums sold worldwide and two prestigious Diamond Awards in the US, Def Leppard continue to be one of the most important forces in rock music.

Goo Goo Dolls are four-time Grammy nominees with 15 million album sales under their belts.
The group has nearly a dozen platinum and gold singles combined, with iconic hits like “Iris” and “Slide” helping Goo Goo Dolls hold the all-time radio record for Most Top 10 Singles.

The rock stars are the latest music acts to announce a Vancouver concert this year.
October has been a busy month for show announcements, as music fans were treated to news that Canadian music icons Carly Rae Jepsen and Simple Plan will be bringing their latest tours to Vancouver in 2026.
And get ready for your mirrorball moment, because stars from the long-running reality TV competition Dancing with the Stars are coming to the Fraser Valley this spring.
