“As it moves from symphonic pop to dreamy psychedelia to high-octane disco, Day and Night echoes the palpable sense of playful abandon Jepsen experienced in bringing her most ambitious album to life,” said Live Nation in a release.
“Over the past 15 years, Jepsen has established herself as a true pop titan, carving out her own unique path with confidence and intention.”
Grammy Award nominee and Billboard Music Award winner Jepsen is originally from Mission, B.C., and has won fans the world over with her catchy dance and synth-pop hits.
Jepsen is best known for her hit “Call Me Maybe,” which climbed to #1 on the iTunes Singles charts in over 47 countries, has sold over 20 million singles worldwide, and is certified Diamond in the United States.
The song also earned Jepsen 2012 Grammy nominations for Best Pop Solo Performance and Song of the Year, and was honoured as The Most-Performed song in SOCAN’s 30-year history in 2019.
