Dan O'Toole fans are still flooding social media demanding his return to TSN

It’s been over five weeks since Dan O’Toole was let go from TSN, and fans still aren’t over it.

The decision by Bell Media to let go of the popular sportscaster meant the end of Jay and Dan, at least on television. Fans of the show were furious at the time, sounding off on social media at the shocking decision. It was an emotional time for Jay Onrait too, who had spent the better part of two decades co-hosting with his close friend.

Without O’Toole, the nightly highlights show was rebranded as SC with Jay Onrait, but fans are doing their best to remind TSN of their decision, and they’re doing it constantly.

The show’s Instagram page can’t post anything without calls for Dan’s return.

Fans are working Dan’s name into the comments section in a number of hilarious ways. Sometimes it involves bringing Dan’s name into the conversation, while other times fans will just randomly respond with “Dan.”
