Much-loved Metro Vancouver patisserie to open new location soon
Chez Christophe tends to be one of the first spots that comes to mind when thinking of delicious chocolate and pastries in and around Vancouver, which makes sense considering it’s been around for over a decade. Now, the patisserie is sharing the news that it will be opening its third location soon in West Vancouver.
Chez Christophe shared that this new location, coming to 2215 Marine Dr. across from the West Vancouver Community Centre, will serve as the company’s primary chocolate production kitchen and feature a contemporary cafĂ© experience.
Here, guests will find Chez Christophe’s signature offerings, including its popular cube croissants, artisan chocolates, pastries, cakes, and beverages. Plus, this location will be the first to introduce a sandwich concept (with more details expected to be shared closer to the opening).

Chez Christophe is brought to us by Chef Christophe Bonzon, a Swiss-born and trained pastry chef and chocolatier. For over two decades, he has studied the art of pastry and chocolate in Switzerland, Australia, and France under European grandmasters.
In 2011, he arrived in Canada and served as executive pastry chef at CinCin Ristorante in Vancouver. In 2013, he and his wife, Jess Bonzon, opened the doors to Chez Christophe Chocolate Patisserie in Burnaby and in 2019 expanded to its second location in White Rock.
“We are excited to become part of the West Vancouver community and to create a space where guests can experience both our chocolate and pastry production and cafĂ© offerings in a new way,” said Christophe Bonzon. “This location allows us to expand our creativity while staying true to the craftsmanship and quality our customers expect.”
This new West Vancouver location has an opening scheduled for mid-May 2026. More details, including an official opening date and new menu items, are expected to be shared in the coming months.
