Roll out your yoga mat and practice the downward… cat?

Catoro, Vancouver’s recently-opened, magical cat cafe has announced that they’ll be hosting cat yoga at their forest-themed venue this October.

It’s all the exercise and benefits of yoga, plus the added therapy of some adorable feline friends.

The session will take place on Sunday, October 20 and includes one hour of guided Hatha yoga, followed by 30 minutes of cat cuddles, snacks, and refreshments at their cafe.

Best of all? 100% of ticket sales go towards the Cat Therapy and Rescue Society. According to the society’s website, they’re a local charity that “specializes in helping special needs cats, cats from overcrowded shelters, abandoned cats, and owner surrenders that are at risk of euthanasia.”

Catoro Cafe writes on its Instagram that 16 spots will be available for the session.

Tickets are $60 per person and can be booked online. The event takes place from 12 to 1:30 pm.
