Vancouver’s in no shortage of amazing food trucks, but there’s a new one that’s not like any we’ve seen parked on our city streets before.

Boca’O is Vancouver’s first food truck that serves up “an authentic Spanish Tapas experience” and it hit the road late last month.
Aiming to be “ambassadors of Spanish culture and cuisine in Canada” Boca’O’s owners have created a menu of made-from-scratch Spanish food up for order.

Specialties include Tortilla Española, Croquetas (serrano ham and bechamel fritters), Montaditos (slices of toasted bread with toppings), and a selection of Spanish sandwiches.
Vegetarian options like Gazpacho and fresh-made house salad are also available at this truck.
Patrons can also expect some retail products for purchase, such as Serrano ham from Spain.
If you’re super curious about what this new eatery-on-wheels has to offer, be sure to find its next location via Street Food App and say “hola” to the truck the next time you have a hankering for Spanish eats on-the-go.
