Blaze Gourmet Burgers to open food truck with 100 free burger promotion
Blaze Gourmet Burgers is expanding once again, and this time it’s taking its burgers on the road with its new food truck. Dished reached out to Blaze to get all the details on this brand-new burger destination.
This new food truck will offer a more concise menu than Blaze’s physical location. “The food truck will offer a selection of our best beef, chicken, and vegan options,” said Blaze.
This spot will operate as a grab-and-go concept, but there will be limited seating for those who wish to dine in (and maybe grab a second burger after their first). Blaze also shared that customers can grab their food and head to Rocky Point Park to enjoy the sunshine.
Additionally, Blaze said it partnered with Site B, which allows them to host events for up to 350 to 400 people. “This includes outdoor BBQs in collaboration with BRAVE Brewery, making it a perfect venue for large gatherings,” said Blaze.
On the menu, you’ll find favourites such as burgers, poutines, curly fries, and a selection of Jarritos beverages in a variety of flavours.

The new food truck will open on June 29. From 2 to 4 pm, the first 100 people who show up will get a free burger and Jarittos drink.
To celebrate Canada Day, Blaze will be giving out free poutines on July 1 from 2 to 4 pm as well.
