Here's when Bianca Andreescu will play Serena Williams in the US Open Final

The time and date are set.

On Saturday, Canadian teen Bianca Andreescu will face off against Serena Williams in the Women’s Singles Championship of the US Open.

Andreescu, who hasn’t lost in six months, becomes the third Canadian to ever reach a Grand Slam singles final. She joins the likes of Milos Raonic, who competed in the finals at Wimbledon in 2016, and Genie Bouchard, who was a part of the Wimbledon finals in 2014.

Her opponent is none other than Serena Williams, who won the first of her 23 major titles 20 years ago.

Saturday’s game will be a clash between the teen phenom and the tennis legend, as well as a rematch of August’s Rogers Cup final — a game that saw Williams concede midway through to Andreescu because of a back injury.

Now, 19-year-old Andreescu will face another daunting test, as she squares off yet again against one of the biggest names in tennis.

The finals of the 2019 US Open Women’s Singles Championship will be broadcasted on Saturday, September 7 at 4 pm ET / 1 pm PT. Fans will be able to watch on TSN, the TSN App, and TSN Direct.
