Best keto-friendly restaurants in Vancouver you need to try

Feb 2 2021, 5:00 pm

Food fads come and go, but the popularity of the keto diet remains.

In a city like ours, with such a rich and diverse food scene, it’s not a surprise that this low-carb, high-fat, high-protein diet has resulted in the creation of some supremely innovative restaurants in and around Vancouver.

Most salad bars and poke spots (and even some burger joints) will have a keto-friendly option, but anyone on keto knows that a dish made especially for us low-carb compadres is in a league all its own.

Here are the seven best keto-friendly restaurants in and around Vancouver.
