Below-zero temperatures are officially in Vancouver's weather forecast

Things are expected to cool down in Vancouver this weekend, with overnight lows below the freezing mark.

Environment and Climate Change Canada predicts the temperature will decrease to -1°C on Sunday and Monday nights. Skies will be clear, and there’s no sign yet of snow during the cold hours.

This weekend kicks off a string of sunny days in the Lower Mainland with daytime highs around 6°C. Once the clouds clear on Friday, it’s sun through the end of next week.
