Award-winning gelato shop Bella Gelateria has officially opened its new Metro Vancouver location.

The Coal Harbour-based shop has unveiled a new outpost on the second level of Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby.

The popular local sweet spot will also be opening up at 1752 Davie Street, the former location of a Tim Hortons in the West End.

Bella Gelateria Metrotown is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7 pm and weekends from 9 am to 7 pm.
