Highly-anticipated plant-based eatery 'Amaranthus' opens May 1

Metro Vancouver’s new highly-anticipated plant-based eatery officially opens today.

Amaranthus is located New Westminster’s popular River Market at 112-810 Quayside Drive, and it has a menu full of vegan eats up for order.
