'Passione Gelato Artigianale' just opened in downtown Vancouver

We crave sweet treats all year long, but once the sun comes out it’s safe to say our hankering for gelato goes way up.

Lucky for us then, that a new gelato spot has recently opened in downtown Vancouver.

Passione Gelato Artigianale operates at 55 Smithe Street, just underneath Parq Vancouver.

This new sweet spot was started by Salvatore Boccarossa (formerly of Bella Gelateria), who is a Naples-born graduate of the world-famous Carpigiani Gelato University near Bologna, Italy.

Boccarossa’s new venture offers patrons a selection of gelato flavours made with organic ingredients and even has some vegan options.

Passione Gelato Artigianale is open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 10 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm.
