Team behind longstanding pizzeria shares future plans, including a new Vancouver restaurant

The team behind longtime pizzeria Alberello has recently shared its plans for the future of the restaurant, as well as an exciting new concept coming to Vancouver.
On its website, Alberello shared that it is completing the renovations and redesign of its North Vancouver outpost.
“Alberello is evolving, and soon we’ll be back with a refreshed spirit, a new design, and exciting experiences that will make you smile,” wrote the restaurant.
Among the changes, customers can expect a new, elevated menu, alongside a change of name. The restaurant, located at 115 15th St. W., will be renamed to Shiloh.

Additionally, Alberello also shared details about a new location in the works coming to Vancouver proper.
Details on the new location are sparse, but the team did write that it will be a “2,500 sq. ft. space designed for unforgettable dining moments.”
Located at 846 Denman St., this new location is just steps away from the Korean soy-marinated crab restaurant Jinmi Juga.
