The service-based commercial uses on the ground level are intended to help activate the area with pedestrians.
The proposed floor area is 52,700 sq. ft., giving the project a floor space ratio density of five times the size of its 10,540-sq-ft lot.
A total of 63 vehicle parking stalls are slated for three underground levels.
