The first weekend returns, and with it comes a number of road closures in the city.
Three major events will see some roads closed throughout the city. So be sure to check these roads before heading for a drive this weekend.
Here’s what to keep an eye out for.
- A major portion of Line 1 will be closed this weekend
- Massive Rogers flagship taking over former Forever 21 location at Yonge-Dundas Square
- Short-distance GO Transit fares in Toronto just got cheaper
On Saturday, April 13 from 7 am to midnight, Bremner Boulevard from Lakeshore Boulevard West to the east side of the parking garage at 25 York Street will be closed.
Cabbagetown Bunny Hop
Carlton Street between Parliament Street and Exchange Lane will be closed to traffic on Saturday, April 13 from 10 am to 2 pm.
Bengali New Year celebration
Eldon Avenue, north of Danforth Avenue to the south side of the public laneway will be closed on Sunday, April 14 from 3 pm to 10 pm.
