A massive, multi-floor Rogers retail flagship store will move into Forever 21’s former home at Yonge-Dundas Square.

According to Rogers, the new location at 302 Yonge Street will showcase emerging wireless and connected home technology for consumers and businesses, with onsite experts, interactive zones, and dedicated spaces for events and exhibits.

“We’re incredibly excited to open our flagship destination centre in the iconic Yonge-Dundas square later this year,” said Leroy Williams, SVP Consumer Channels, in a statement. “It will redefine the retail experience with innovative, immersive ways to engage with the latest in next generation wireless and connected home technology.”

Construction at the new flagship will begin this summer with the new location expected to open in late 2019.

The new retail experience centre will join and complement the more than 2,500 distribution points for Rogers nationally, according to the telecom giant.

Forever 21 closed in March after being at the location since 2007.
