A mysterious Toronto Maple Leafs logo just appeared on Nathan Phillips Square's skating rink

The Toronto Maple Leafs may not be first in standings, but they are first in our hearts.

And when the Toronto Maple Leafs posted this mysterious photo of their centennial logo at Nathan Phillips Square, we got a little excited.

Although no explanation was given on Thursday when the picture was posted, the caption says that we’ll know by tomorrow.

The last time a mysterious rink with a maple leaf popped up was last year, on a roof top downtown. It was part of #AnythingForHockey, and the rink was built by Molson Canadian.

Could Nathan Phillips Square be the new rink to host a mysterious hockey event? Whatever it may be, we can’t wait.
