Now in its eighth year, Toronto’s Garlic Festival is set to return to celebrate the local harvest next month.

Popping up for one day only at Artscape Wychwood Barns, the annual event brings together 20+ Ontario farmers and local chefs for a full day of garlic-themed dishes paired with Ontario wine and craft beer.

Workshops and demos from farmers, gardeners, chefs, cicerones, scientists and health experts will occur all day. Meanwhile, attendees can also buy garlicky goods, enjoy free garlic shots, and compete in a contest measuring “garlic breath.”
