Potatopia build-your-own potato kiosk to open first Toronto outpost

Yet another American fast food chain is opening in Toronto. Joining the food court offerings at the Yonge Sheppard Centre, Potatopia, a quick service concept born out of a New Jersey mall, is set to open soon.

The chain, which already boasts locations in New Jersey and Florida, is known for its menu revolving around the ever-versatile and popular potato.

Once open, look forward to building-your-own potato starting with a choice of baked, fried (tots included), smashed or mashed options loaded with various toppings including cheese, veggies, proteins and sauces.
