Korean pizza chain to open first location in Toronto next week

Korean pizza chain, Pizza Maru, is finally opening its Toronto location next week, marking it as its first Canadian franchise.

The Korean chain planned to open in March however the chain shared an opening date with Daily Hive and plans to open next week.

According to a Pizza Maru rep, the restaurant will welcome guests on June 28 and 29 for a soft opening. The chain will then hold its grand opening event on July 1.

Get ready to eat because its menu features mouthwatering never heard of pizza flavours like Crab Festival, Korean Surf ‘n’ Turf, Kimchi Bay, Mango Ocean and Meaty-holic.

Pizza Maru also serves seasoned chicken with a large selection of sauces, appetizers, pasta, you name it. The new restaurant will be located at 6048 Yonge Street, near Finch station.
