End of an Era: This is what Honest Ed's looks like right now (PHOTOS)

The impending closure of Honest Ed’s on December 31st of this year has us feeling just like the Toronto institution looks… gutted.

The discount store which opened in 1948 will be torn down to make room for more condos, but in the meantime, the store is open to the public despite the fact that most of its merchandise and even the iconic signs have already been sold off.

Still not ready to say goodbye?

Honest Ed’s legacy lives on in these glorious souvenirs, and there’s still a massive blow-out party planned for 2017 for those that still need to pay their respects.
