Masked intruders steal large sum of money in armed Milton home robbery

The Halton Regional Police Service is investigating an armed robbery by masked suspects that happened in Milton early this morning.

At around 4 am, three suspects entered a home on Pearl Street in Milton.

One of the suspects was in possession of a firearm and a large sum of money was stolen, say police.

All three were disguised with their faces covered. They are described as follows;

  • Male, Black or South Asian, wearing dark clothing.
  • Male, dark skinned with blue eyes, 6’0 tall with a slim build, wearing dark clothing.
  • Possibly a female, with dark hair. 5’4″-5’6″ with a slim build, wearing dark clothing.

At the time of the robbery a silver, four-door sedan-type car was seen “acting suspiciously” in the area. The suspects escaped on foot and nobody was injured.

This robbery is believed to be an isolated incident and therefore, no danger is thought to be posed to the public.
