A fantastical new sweet from an Ontario ice cream shop is going viral. A Foodbeast video of the ice cream burrito from Sugar Sugar in Sarnia has already been viewed over three million times.

The innovative new way to get your sugar fix starts with a fluffy ball of candy floss that’s flattened and then filled with scoops of ice cream and sprinkles before being wrapped into a burrito-like bundle. The three-scoop treat sells for just $5.50.

According to an article in The Sarnia Journal, the ice cream burrito is the original invention of Martin Lacombe who opened the ice cream parlour with his wife, Malynda, in mid-March.
