The people behind Sugo just opened a new pizza place in Toronto

If you’re a fan of carbs, red sauce, and rich toppings, the newest endeavour by the folks behind Sugo is going to speak to you.

Loud and clear.

Conzo’s, now open at 1279 Bloor Street West, is only a couple doors down from the much-loved, oft-boasting a waitlist, home-style Italian eatery.

The menu centres itself around pizza — as does the spot’s newly-launched Instagram account. Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Tre Colore are only a few of the mouthwatering flavour combos available to order in pie-form.

But that’s not all. Salads ranging from Caesar to Burrata, meats including veal and involtini, fettuccine pasta, and tiramisu also stand out on the spot’s menu, which is intentional while still offering variety.

The restaurant seems to take after its older sibling in understanding the impact of a good collaboration, too, as gelato from Bar Ape is on offer.

And if you know, you know.

(That you won’t be able to get any of that from the source until spring.)
