Set to open on May 5, owner Brett Young plans to serve up scoops, sundaes and milkshakes from 16 daily flavours rotating through a repertoire of 28 varieties including flavours like salted caramel, wild blueberry lavender, and scotch whisky almond.
These are all-natural ice creams in flavours for adults. Don’t count on any kiddie toppings.
For fun, find the aforementioned cake cones which have already proved a sensation in NYC. They come in unique flavours such as sprinkled birthday cake, red velvet, and cinnamon brown sugar.
