It had originally been reported that “a female was seen being forced into a vehicle on Santa Barbara Boulevard and Comiskey Crescent in the City Of Mississauga.” While the vehicle in question was described as being “an older model silver Honda Odyssey.”

Pictures of the van in question were released as well:

In a statement released yesterday however, Peel Regional Police have declared that “evidence has indicated that Alyssa Langille was not the victim of abduction.”

The investigation into what happened is ongoing.
