Annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival cancels 2020 season

Mar 26 2020, 5:12 pm

The 2020 Skagit Valley Tulip Festival has been canceled due to Governor Jay Inslee’s mandated stay home order and the closure of non-essential businesses.

The annual tulip festival was set to run April 1 to 30, and typically draws tens of thousands of people every year to the valley, where brilliantly colored fields of blooming flowers are on display.

Those interested in helping the tulip growers can do so by purchasing bouquets and bulbs online or by making a donation.
