Since March 15, Seattleites have been limited to getting food via drive-thru, delivery, or pick-up.
This rule has led many companies to remove their seating altogether, leaving stacked chairs and empty-looking restaurants.
As a way of keeping the shop lively, artist Emma Nelson has whipped up some paper customers to sit in their empty seats.
The paper customers can be seen on their phones, having conversations with one another, and even reading “The Art of Continuing Forward.”

Walking my dog through the heart of Capitol Hill in #Seattle, which is normally filled with crowds on a Saturday night. It was eerie. This was @EltanaBagels. #SeenInSeattle pic.twitter.com/7dP8oxnc8i
