A highly anticipated congee house has just opened in Wallingford on Wednesday.

The restaurant is serving up congee influenced by the South East Asia style of cooking — nothing bland.

Each dish comes with a variety of creative organic toppings and ingredients that bring out hidden delicious flavors and aromas which create a unique mouth-watering effect.

Congee flavors that’ll be available include youtiao crispy fried dough, classic congee, tom yum shrimp congee, braised pork belly congee, slow-cooked beef and kimchi congee, miso roasted squash congee, and garlic blue crab congee.
