Enjoy a $20 meat and cheese charcuterie plate at this Seattle institution

For over 20 years, Salumi has been making some of the best cured meats in Seattle.

While they’re known for their sandwiches, we can’t help but hype up their charcuterie boards — you get SO much bang for your buck.

Rather than calling them charcuterie boards, Salumi opts to go with a straightforward “Meat and Cheese Board,” which includes a selection of house-cured meats, cheese, pickles, marinated olives, rosemary, and sea salt crackers.

They offer three sizes: small to feed one to two people for $20, medium to feed four to six people for $50, and large to feed eight to 10 people for $95.

If you’d like an all-out platter, opt for the “Premier Boards” with agrumi, mole, finocchiona, salumi, hot soppressata, and coppa cured meats, orange and fennel marinated mixed olives, giardiniera (preserved vegetable relish), roasted Marcona almond, heirloom navel orange marmalade, Coro’s country mustard, dried black mission fig, rosemary Panzanella cracker, and fresh market produce.

Premier Boards start at $100 to feed four to six people and $200 to feed eight to 10.
