Paragon Seattle is offering curated picnic boxes for two

With the weather heating up, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t enjoy a physically distanced picnic.

Rather than packing your own meal, however, stop by Paragon Seattle and pick up one of their new Paragon Picnic boxes for two.

Each $70 box features a selection of goodies curated by the head chef, including two entrees with sides, two desserts, and a bottle of wine paired by Molly of Molly’s Bottle Shop.

This week’s picks include orecchiette and wild salmon entrees plus lemon dill asparagus and baby hasselback potatoes with feta ranch sides, chef’s pavlova du jour, cherry pistachio coconut cake and a wine.

All of the food comes in compostable containers, so you don’t have to worry about leaving waste behind.
