La Josie's restaurant and tequila bar opens in Capitol Hill July 16

Sister restaurant to the bustling Fogón Cocina Mexicana, La Josie’s is opening up in Capitol Hill today, bringing Mexican comfort dishes to the masses.

La Josie’s is both a tequila bar and restaurant, so expect plenty of boozy specials as well as Mexican favorites such as tortas, tortilla soup, and spicy prawns.

The spot is currently opening at 50% capacity from 4 to 11 pm Monday to Wednesday, 4 pm to midnight Thursday to Saturday, and 12 to 10 pm on Sundays.
