What to eat in and around Seattle: Windy City Pie

Oct 1 2020, 7:41 pm

Windy City Pie looked to bring the flavor of the midwest to Seattle with Chicago-style deep-dish pizza.

What’s so special about this deep-dish pizza, you ask?

Well, Windy City decided not to just bring your standard Chicago pizza over. Instead, they combined a few of their favorite techniques to come up with their own unique pizza that respects tradition while breaking out of their boundaries.

Don’t go to Windy City Pie expecting to order anything other than pizza. Sure, you can start with a small plate of meatballs or a salad, but pizzas are the shining star at the joint.
