What to eat in and around Seattle today: Ginza

Sep 30 2020, 12:03 am

Fried rice served in a gourd? Ginza’s got it.

While the Bellevue restaurant serves up classics like sashimi, sushi, and noodles, they aren’t afraid to take their dishes to the next level by adding in an element of surprise.

Those who aren’t sure what to order can enjoy a special otsumami menu which showcases an assortment of small plates for sharing with your bubble.

We suggest ordering a few pieces of sushi, which come in pairs, as well as a five-piece plate of sashimi to start.
