What to eat in and around Seattle today: Triangle Spirits

Sep 30 2020, 9:47 pm

Located in the historic triangle building in Fremont, Triangle Spirits isn’t the spot for squares.

While they focus their efforts on chicken and spirits,Ā you’ll find all sorts of Americana eats including soups, salads, burgers, and fries.

If you’re coming in for a few drinks and a quick bite, don’t sleep on the truffle popcorn. If you’re looking for a little heavier of a dish that’s sure to seep up the alcohol, go for the poutine — a wonderful dish from our neighbors up north that includes fries,Ā Beecher’s cheese curds, gravy, bacon, and scallions.

When selecting a soup or salad to share, stick with the pork belly salad or chicken chilli. Go ahead and order a burger while you’re at it, too.

Those who like to stick to what a place is known for should order off the fried chicken plates menu. Choose between dark meat, white meat, half-bird, or an assortment of breast, thigh, drumstick, and wings.

Of course, Triangle Spirits has booze. Pick from over a hundred different spirits or have the bar create a specialty cocktail.
