What to eat in and around Seattle today: Monsoon

May 2 2020, 11:32 pm

Head out to Monsoon for some of the best modernized Vietnamese cuisine in Seattle.

Monsoon takes classic family recipes from Saigon and spins them using ingredients from local and small farms around Washington.

The Vietnamese restaurant will reopen on Monday, May 4, with a refreshed takeout menu available for pickup or delivery.

Start your order with barbecued Carlton Farm pork spare ribs and crispy imperial rolls. You can’t go wrong with a refreshing green papaya salad, either.

For mains, we suggest the house specialty catfish claypot, drunken chicken, lemongrass tofu, and crab fried rice.
