- Margherita: mozzarella, extra-virgin olive oil, salsa rossa, fresh basil, and sea salt
- Burrata Jr.: mozzarella, extra-virgin olive oil, salsa rossa, fresh basil, and burrata
- Piccante numero due: mozzarella, prosciutto, Italian salami, Calabrian peppers, and sea salt
- Pepperoni Americano: mozzarella and locally made pepperoni
- Fennel sausage: locally made sausage, mozzarella, red onions, and fennel
- Delux: sundried tomatoes, pepperoni, sausage, and goat cheese
