What to eat in and around Seattle today: King's Barbeque House

Jul 14 2020, 7:12 pm

There’s more to barbecuing than just the classic American hot dog and burgers. Give Chinese barbeque a try at King’s Barbeque House.

The Chinatown/International District spot may not look like much on the outside, but the food within is sure to be a pleasant surprise.

Pop on down to the shop to enjoy a killer $8 lunch deal or other generous helpings of food.

Start your order by deciding what kind of meat you’d like. As with many other Chinese barbeque houses, King’s displays some of their meats in the window.

We suggest going for roast duck, sausage, and char siew. If you’ve never had crunchy roast pork belly, be sure to order it on the side — you won’t regret it.
