Shirtless man makes the Montreal metro his personal gym (VIDEO)
Montreal’s ‘No Pants’ metro ride may be this weekend but at least one metro rider used the metro shirtless last week.
In a video posted to his Instagram page, Elie Andy is seen hopping on a metro train at the Lionel-Groulx station but not before a quick jump rope work out.
After cueing himself up some tunes, he takes off his shirt inside the underground train and he uses the STM transit system as a gym.

Talk about multi-tasking. Travelling and training at the same time?
With no shame, Andy uses the metro’s rails and poles to perform some pretty impressive callisthenic workouts.
From a variety of chin-ups, pull-ups and pushups that hurt muscles just to watch, Andy offers a new alternative to playing Bejeweled on our phones while riding public transit.
