A Quebec couple got creative during the lockdown by recreating Premier François Legault into his aptly titled toy form, François Lego.

Using Lego’s Legault’s real voice, Evlynn Paré and Simon Blanchet have given Quebecers another way to listen to the Premier’s physical distancing advice and his thanks to the citizens for staying home.

The voiceover and superimposition stars Legault along with Quebec Public Health Director Horacio Arruda and Health Minister Danielle McCann.

It took the couple 4,979 Lego pieces, 1,835 stop-motion photos, and 10 hours to recreate the press conference.

Talk about a real-life block Quebecois, huh?

The video was uploaded on Sunday and has built up over 13,000 views.
