As if 2020 hasn’t been scary enough already, a Quebec town is transforming into a haunted village starting next week to jolt people into the Halloween spirit.

Le Village Hanté, in the city of Drummondville, will offer guests a 90-minute haunted tour, full of riddles, scares, surprises, and immersive outdoor paths.

The village will have actors on-site portraying a variety of Halloween-esque beasts, ghouls, zombies, and witches.

The village will be open to the public every Friday and Saturday from September 25 to October 31, and fixed departure tours start at 5:30 pm and continue every 30 minutes until 10 pm.

The site follows all public health protocols, and tickets have to be reserved and purchased in advance to ensure capacity guidelines are being followed.
