Quebec loosened more COVID-19 restrictions as of August 1, specifically within festival capacity and serving times at bars and restaurants across the province.
Bars and restaurants across Quebec are now allowed to serve alcohol until 1 am, an hour later than the rules that were currently in place.
Bars are still be required to close at 2 am.

Outdoor stadiums, venues, and festivals have also increased audience capacity to 15,000 people as of Sunday.
Indoor venues can increase its capacity to a maximum of 7,500, up from 3,500.
The announcement was initially made last week.
