Whiteout: 15 photos of Montreal's ridiculous Wednesday night snowstorm

Wednesday night’s massive snowstorm covered Montreal in a big blanket of frosty inconvenience.

Many shovelled into the wee hours of the morning while others woke up unable to identify their own cars. Suffice it to say, it was a big one, even by Quebec standards.

Luckily, we should get a bit of a chance to get things cleaned up this weekend as the forecast calls for a chilly but clear next few days. More snow and a high of -5°C are expected for Sunday, though.

As the remaining few centimetres fall, let’s take a look at how some of our fellow Montrealers dealt with the storm.
