Despite closing in on the Ides of March, Montreal is still snowy, wet, cold and slushy.
But warmer weather is finally slated to head our way this weekend.
According to The Weather Network’s 7-day forecast, temperatures are going to feel 18ºC different between now and Friday, and Sunday is looking to be full of sunshine, good news for parade-hopefuls and St. Patrick’s Day outdoor drinkers.

It currently feels like -12ºC, as per the The Weather Network, and it’s expected to feel like 9ºC by Friday.
Weekend temperatures however, are forecasted to drop to below freezing again, with “mixed precipitation” falling on Saturday and a Sunday that’s supposed to feel like -9ºC.
Sunday is slated to receive the most sun throughout the day (how fitting) as 9 hours of sunshine is expected to brighten up Parade Day.
There’s also no snowfall expected in the coming days according to the weather agency’s 14-day extended forecast.
