Fake automated calls have been circulating the province in the lead up to the parliamentary elections, claiming that the voting polls have been postponed.
Élections Québec has since confirmed that these robocalls are false and the elections are going forward as planned today, until 8 pm.

Élections Québec also posted a disclaimer to their website indicating that the calls are false.
The robocalls are obviously a scam in order to diminish a provincial party’s overall votes.
