THE CHALLENGE

Born on the West Coast and now a national brand, Cactus Club offers diners the best in global cuisine using local, fresh ingredients served in a vibrant, contemporary setting.

Looking to increase awareness levels in a highly-competitive category, Cactus Club partnered with Hive Labs, hoping to leverage our social media channels to help reach that goal.

THE SOLUTION

Hive Labs designed a social media campaign anchored around an always-on strategy deployed over a six-month period.  

The plan comprised six stories and 20 social posts published over the summer and fall dining seasons. Each social media post highlighted a new dish or special, making the best use of  professional photography perfect for Instagram.

 

The campaign culminated with a pair of videos produced by Hive Labs. One video put a spotlight on Vancouver’s happy hour specials, while the other announced the grand opening of Cactus Club’s newest Toronto location. The comprehensive campaign showcased the talents of Daily Hive’s producers and storytellers while connecting Cactus Club with a brand-new, engaged pool of potential customers.
